Brand Policy

If you’re contacting store by email please allow 24-48 HOURS for a response. Please keep in mind we respond to emails outside of our business hours at our leisure.


All items are available in stock unless otherwise stated as some orders are pre-orders and will be listed as such. One of One Kind and Limited edition items will NOT be restocked unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to delay, stop or cancel any order due to product availability. Color to tshirt may vary based on availability. Colors may vary on design based on availability. 


We accept all major credit cards and process all payments through Paypal. All transactions are secure. Please see Paypal’s Privacy Policy for more information. You do NOT need a Paypal account to checkout or process payments. Your credit card information is never stored on our website, however your shipping and billing address are stored in your account for a more speedy checkout process.


All of our apparel are shipped from the DMV area, USA through USPS Priority mail. It may take 7-10 days to prep order for shipping. Pre-orders take 3-6 weeks to ship.

DOMESTIC: Mail traveling WITHIN the United States takes anywhere for 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to reach you via Priority mail and 2 to 5 day's via First class mail.
INTERNATIONAL: Mail traveling OUTSIDE of the United States takes anywhere from 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS depending on the destination location.
RESPONSIBILITY: Once your item is processed by The United States Postal Service we can NOT be held responsible for the expected delivery date provided by USPS or the package conditions once it has reached it’s destination. All matters regarding items and delivery arrivals should be taken up with the United States Postal Service which can be reached at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting®


At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns for refunds or credits. If we decide to refund any order at our discretion a 25% restock fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order (or said items to be refunded) and buyer must cover return shipping cost. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. You have 24 hours to contact us for any corrections regarding the item as in wrong size and/or shipping information.


We are not to be held responsible for items that are damaged in shipping transition. You are covered for damages only provided by USPS “Shipping Insurance”. You must contact your local post office at 1-800-275-8777 or by visiting® to file a claim.

If there is a flaw in the product that deems the item “unusable” you may exchange it for the same item or one of equal or lesser value. There is no guarantee we will have the same item in stock. You will also be held responsible for return shipping fees.


All pricing listed is subject to change at our leisure. A receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute as a contract, we have the right to cancel at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
